HISTORY OF THE COMPANY.

FOUNDED IN THE YEAR 1992 FOR MR. MIGUEL TEJEDA GARCIDUEÑAS(†), DUE TO THE NECESSITIES OF EXPANSION AND GROWTH BELIEVES WHAT WAS KNOWN IN ITS MOMENT LIKE PLANT SAN ISIDRO, DEDICATED TO THE PROCESSES OF FRUITS IN I.Q.F. AND VEGETABLES.
IN AUGUST OF THE YEAR 2001, SAN ISIDRO PLANTS IT IS BORN LIKE A NEW COMPANY TO BE ADMINISTERED INDEPENDENTLY BY THE FOUNDER'S FAMILY. HAVING QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN EACH ONE OF THEIR AREAS WITH THE ACQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN THAT TIME AND IN OTHER DEDICATED PLANTS TO THE TURN.


LOCATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE.

LOCATED IN THE HIGHWAY IRAPUATO-ABASOLO KM 26.5 RANCHO PUERTA DE PALO DULCE, MUNICIPIO DE ABASOLO, GUANAJUATO MÉXICO., DEDICATED TO THE ELABORATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS.

IT HAS TWO ROOMS OF PRODUCTION AND GATES OF FREEZING OF 400 m2 WITH TWO BLAST FREEZER OF CAPACITY FOR 60 POSITIONS OF PALLETS EACH ONE. THE INSTALLED TEAM OF PASTEURIZATION HAS PRODUCCION DE'S CAPACITY OF ONE LBS. PER SECOND AND HAVING A I.Q.F. TUNNEL OF FREEZING



PROGRAMS OF QUALITY AND AUDITS.

OUR PROGRAM OF EFFECTIVE QUALITY IS THE ONE THAT WAS CREATED BY THE NASA FOR ITS WELL-KNOWN SPECIAL PROGRAMS AS HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) WHICH GOVERNS TO GREAT PART OF THE WORLD NUTRITIOUS INDUSTRY.

IN MARCH OF THE YEAR 2002 OUR CARRIES OUT THE FIRST AUDIT OF QUALITY, FOR THE COMPANY SUPERVISORES EN ALIMENTOS FOR THE RABBI Z. L. LIBERSOHN, WHICH HE ACREDIT TO THE SAME ONE IN THE SYSTEM KOSHER AND IT AUTHORIZES TO USE THEIR LOGO IN OUR PRODUCTS.

A.I.B. IN APRIL OF THE YEAR 2002 THE AUDITER COMPANY AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF BACKING (AIB) IT CERTIFIES TO THE COMPANY INSIDE OF OF THE CONTINUOUS PROGRAM TO IMPROVE AND TO MAINTAIN THE PROGRAMS OF NUTRITIOUS SECURITY.
